This listing is for our new industrial style Papasan moon chair. Perfect for use indoors and outdoors. Style your home or garden with this beautiful feature metal frame moon chair. It has been paired with a large round padded cushion for maximum comfort. This perfectly fits within the round shape of the metal frame. Lounge in style wherever you like with this bowl shaped chair. The robust frame of this chair has been made with powder coated metal. This moon chair has a swivel function.

Please note, these cushions are not waterproof and should be brought indoors when not in use to protect and preserve the fabric and foam.

Please note when using this outdoors, although our chair has been created and designed for outdoor and indoor use, it is advised to not leave it outside during cold or rain to get the most life out of your chair. Please use a cover to protect your chair and bring it into the shelter during Winter. We recommend that all cushions are kept indoors during wet weather as the cushions are not waterproof.

    1 Man Express 1-3 Day Delivery

    Delivered by our friendly couriers within 1-3 working days. The courier will deliver to the main door of the building only on an all-day 7am to 7pm service with no time slots provided.

    If you are not home, the courier may attempt delivery to a neighbour or will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule this service (redelivery charges may apply).Please ensure you provide a current mobile number & email address at checkout so the courier can reach you if required.

    We would note most carriers do not call before delivery & would recommend having someone available at the property throughout the day. Goods will be delivered next working day, barring any carrier delays, so please check your tracking for updates.

    2 Man Express 1-4 Day Delivery

    Our 2 man delivery items are shipped for expected arrival within 1-4 working days & will be delivered to your room of choice.

    For flats, goods will be taken up a maximum of 2 flights of stairs if no lift is available. If your property has a lift, delivery can be to any floor provided the goods fit inside the lift. Please contact our customer service team prior to making purchase to confirm.

    An ETA will be provided via text or email but please note this is an estimate only & delivery may be attempted outwith this window. Please ensure you provide a current mobile number & email address at checkout so the courier can provide updates as required.

    Standard Delivery Times

    Standard deliveries will apply as above, however, delivery times can take up to 10 working days.

    Please ensure the delivery address is correct prior to placing the order. Once the order has been placed, delivery addresses can not be change

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at support@homedetail.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. Please note any collections organised for returns by ourselves will be booked on an all day collections service. We can not guarantee a specific time for the collections, we require someone be home to release the returns goods to the courier. An item can be deemed faulty if it exhibits a pre-existing defect or are inherently defective when received.

    Returns must be received in the original packaging and condition; we request that the original packaging is retained, should the original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery documents. We will not be liable for damage not recorded at the point of delivery; goods should be checked prior to a signature being given. When goods are documented as being delivered in good condition we only accept liability for damage which arises as a result of our negligence we will not be liable for any damage which is the result of normal wear and tear. All our goods are provided with a full years manufacturing warranty, with the correct care and maintenance we would expect our products to last for as long as you require and enjoy them and we trust that you are satisfied throughout the life of the product.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
