Introducing MARIO, a contemporary chesterfield style sofa suite. The 2 Seater sofa is in Dark Grey color.

MARIO has a traditional yet modern style that matches well with most contemporary interiors. Made in velvet fabric that is very soft to the touch.

The 2 seaters feature the classic tufted pulled button chesterfield style foam-filled backrest and armrests. The entire sofa is supported by delicate french-wing long metal legs which both elevate the body of the sofa and create the illusion of extra floor space. 4 matching scatter cushions complete the look and invite you to cuddle up.

Please keep in mind that velvet fabric can look a bit different when exposed to different lighting - it tends to shimmer more in daylight and look more toned down in indoor artificial lighting. The shade of velvet may vary when stroked by hand in different directions and angles. To even out the colour and get rid of dents and creases, the material should be stroked with an open palm in one direction.

Some of our sofas/sofa beds do not have pre-drilled holes, you may be required to screw in the legs to the underside of the sofa/sofa bed

1 Man Express 1-2 Day Delivery

Delivered by our friendly couriers within 1-2 working days. The courier will deliver to the main door of the building only on an all-day 7am to 7pm service with no time slots provided.

If you are not home, the courier may attempt delivery to a neighbour or will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule this service (redelivery charges may apply).Please ensure you provide a current mobile number & email address at checkout so the courier can reach you if required.

We would note most carriers do not call before delivery & would recommend having someone available at the property throughout the day. Goods will be delivered next working day, barring any carrier delays, so please check your tracking for updates.

2 Man Express 1-4 Day Delivery

Our 2 man delivery items are shipped for expected arrival within 1-4 working days & will be delivered to your room of choice (where Covid restrictions allow).

For flats, goods will be taken up a maximum of 2 flights of stairs if no lift is available. If your property has a lift, delivery can be to any floor provided the goods fit inside the lift. Please contact our customer service team prior to making purchase to confirm.

An ETA will be provided via text or email but please note this is an estimate only & delivery may be attempted outwith this window. Please ensure you provide a current mobile number & email address at checkout so the courier can provide updates as required.

Standard Delivery Times

Standard deliveries will apply as above, however, delivery times can take up to 10 working days. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@homedetail.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the initial delivery and return postage fees unless the item is faulty. Please note any collections organised for returns by ourselves will be booked on an all day collections service. We can not guarantee a specific time for the collections, we require someone be home to release the returns goods to the courier. An item can be deemed faulty if it exhibits a pre-existing defect or are inherently defective when received.

Returns must be received in the original packaging and condition; we request that the original packaging is retained, should the original packaging be damaged on arrival this must be recorded on the delivery documents. We will not be liable for damage not recorded at the point of delivery; goods should be checked prior to a signature being given. When goods are documented as being delivered in good condition we only accept liability for damage which arises as a result of our negligence we will not be liable for any damage which is the result of normal wear and tear. All our goods are provided with a full years manufacturing warranty, with the correct care and maintenance we would expect our products to last for as long as you require and enjoy them and we trust that you are satisfied throughout the life of the product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
